Ingredients: 3 - 4 pounds frozen boneless chicken pieces 2 cups flour ½ onion diced Preparation: 1. In 6 to 8 quart pot simmer thawed boneless chicken pieces and onion in chicken broth for 30 minutes or until tender. 2. In separate bowl pour in flour, baking powder, salt. 3. Using food processor or two knives cut in the butter until it is the size of peas and mixed throughout the dry ingredients. 4. Add cold water and knead 8 to 10 times. Note: if dough is still sticky simply add a pinch of flour. 5. Roll the dough out to 1/8 to 6. Drop dumpling dough into boiling chicken pieces and broth. Then cover pot and reduce heat to simmer. 7. Cook 7 to 10 minutes or until dumplings are fully cooked. Caution ! Overcooking will cause dumplings to fall apart. 8. When done remove from heat and serve. Serves 4 - 6
