Ingredients: 4 bunches of collard greens 2 Smoked Turkey Necks 1 chili pepper 1/3 cup apple vinegar 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon onion powder ½ cup margarine Preparation: 1. Place 6 to 8 quart pot on stove filled half with water. 2. Turn on medium heat and place 2 smoked turkey necks in pot. 3. Wash collard greens thoroughly stripping off stems from leaves. 4. Breaks leaves into bite-sized pieces. 5. Add collard greens to pot of boiling water and turkey necks. 6. Add other ingredients into pot, stir and cover. 7. Simmer for 1½ hours or until tender.
