Ingredients: 1 box cake mix (Duncan Hines reccomended).
1 small box instant lemon pudding (Jello reccomended). 1/2 cup white sugar 1/2 cup lemon juice 1/2 tbs. pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup water 1/2 cup oil 5 large eggs 1/2 cup powdered milk
Preparation:
Mix dry ingredients thorougly. Stir in water and lemon juice. Beat eggs in seperate bowl, then add to mixture and beat for 3 minutes or until creamy smooth.
Pour into cake preheated cake pan sprayed with cooking spray and bake at 325 degees for 50-60 minutes.
Let cool for 10 - 15 minutes, drizzle glaze over cake. Lemon Glaze: Ingredients 2 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup melted butter 3-tbs. lemon juice Glaze Preparation: Add 2 cups of powdered sugar in mixing bowl. Add melted butter and lemon juice. Mix to creamy smoothness. Drizzle over cake and cool. Serves 6
